
Shipping & Return Policy

1. Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (India): Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 2–5 business days via our logistics partners or Amazon MCF.
International Shipping: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on customs and destination country.
Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
Tracking: Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once the order is shipped.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
·Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. Customers are advised to ensure secure delivery addresses.
2. Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging with all labels intact. Customers should follow our packaging guidelines to prevent damage during return transit. To initiate a return, email support@ayureka.in with order details, images of the product, and reason for return.For domestic returns, we will arrange pickup. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refund timelines:
o Prepaid
Orders: Refund processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
o COD
Orders: Refund will be issued to the customer’s bank account after verification, within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Partial Refunds: If a multi-item order is partially returned, refunds will be issued only for the returned items.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for damaged or defective items only. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued as per the refund policy.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting support@ayureka.in. If canceled before shipment, any shipping charges collected will also be refunded.Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, or damaged products due to customer negligence. Personal care products cannot be returned if tampered with for hygiene and safety reasons.
7. International Orders
Customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, and customs fees. Returns for international orders ae accepted, but return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the product is defective. Refunds for international orders follow the same timelines as domestic orders but exclude any duties/taxes paid.
8. Platform & Legal Compliance
This policy complies with Indian e-commerce regulations, Razorpay and Shopify payment processing terms, and international shipping norms. Refunds and cancellations are subject to
verification as per platform and legal guidelines.
